WHAT IS THE 5Ps CHALLENGE 2.0?

A 10-week challenge designed to sculpt and reshape your body, creating a more aligned and more defined you.

The 5Ps Challenge 2.0 consists of five 14-day mini Challenges specifically targeting the Pelvis, Pegs, Pouch, Pecs & Peach. These mini challenges will be released every two weeks, in a structured 10-week total body reset to reduce tightness, find your muscle connection and give you strength and tone like never before.

PELVIS: Release tension and improve hip mobility. Do you ever feel pain in your hips when you’re feeling stressed? We hold a lot of tension in our hips causing discomfort, impacting our ability to move freely through our entire body.

PEGS: Sculpt your inner thighs and lengthen your limbs. Our legs are part of our powerhouse, allowing us to stand, walk, run and move. Any imbalances in our legs affects our ability to perform day-to-day activities.

POUCH: Tighten your core for more defined abs. Inability to properly connect and activate our abdominal muscles, causes strain in our neck and back, leaving us with a weak core creating the “pouch”.

PEACH: Lift your booty for a perkier peach. Do you struggle to activate your glutes? Poor sitting and standing habits can cause tightness through the hips and lower back, making it hard to find that deep glute connection.

PECS: Reshape your upper body and improve your posture. Living in the age of desk jobs and working from home, a lot of tension can be held in our neck, shoulders and back, resulting in that hunched over feeling.

WHAT DOES THIS CHALLENGE INVOLVE?

The 5Ps Challenge will introduce five 14-day mini challenges with a combination of workouts to target, sculpt and reshape your body to create a more defined you.

You will receive a 14-day calendar with daily workouts for each mini challenge. These mini challenges will be released every two weeks, for 10 weeks.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR THIS CHALLENGE?

Start by creating a routine. Set aside time each day to move your body. This is your own time to reset, connect your body and mind and feel amazing. 

Create a space to move. Whether this is in your bedroom, lounge room or outside, find a space you feel most comfortable. Roll out your mat and start moving. 

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

For this challenge, you will need:

  • Fluidform equipment pack (contains a small Pilates ball, set of resistance bands and pair of discs)
  • Ankle weights (optional)
  • Swiss ball
  • Magic circle

Your Fluidform equipment pack is shipped FREE to all members upon signing up. We believe these pieces of equipment are fundamental to getting the most out of your Fluidform experience and evolving your practice.
