Meet our Founder
Fluidform is led by founder and director Kirsten King, who has over 20 years’ experience in teaching Pilates. Kirsten is a passionate advocate for the functional and aesthetic benefits that movement can bring to the human form.
Since founding Fluidform in 2012, Kirsten’s name has become synonymous with a teaching style that is warm, supportive, and encouraging. Combining highly personalised programming with in-depth technical knowledge, Kirsten offers a modern approach to Pilates that is highly engaging and effective.

Our posture analysis and programming has been developed from years of in-studio teaching experience. Focusing on realigning bodies, providing rehabilitation after injury or surgery, supporting pre and postnatal journeys, and helping improve performance and endurance for professional athletes, the Fluidform method caters to all. Our classes have been designed with this in mind; smaller class sizes allow for movement correction and provide an intimate personalised experience, staying true to THE FLUIDFORM WAY.

Fluidform studios are beautifully designed white, bright, clean spaces with natural lighting, high ceilings and wooden floorboards.
Our spacious 180-200sqm floorplans are designed with three separate spaces allowing multiple classes to run simultaneously.
Modern intuitive Balanced Body equipment creating the ultimate Pilates experience with smooth transitions and seamless flow.
