What does the challenge involve?

A 21-day movement challenge with daily workouts targeting your entire body. Build strength, create tone, improve your balance and posture. Receive a 21-day calendar with daily workouts, keeping you motivated and holding you accountable to move. Workouts suitable for all levels (beginner & advanced options). 

21-day meal plan – includes daily recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. A Shopping List and Meal Plan are included for you to follow each day. Receive weekly information around nutrition tips and healthy eating. Support your movement journey, restore and fuel your body. Feel cleansed, strong and healthy from the inside out.

How do I prepare for this challenge?

Sign up to Fluidform and you will gain access to the challenge on January 24th. 

In the meantime, complete your questionnaire and follow your Personalised Program (recommended workouts based on your needs and goals) to build strength and prepare your body for the challenge. 

Start by creating a routine. Set aside time each day to move your body. This is your own time to reset, connect your body and mind and feel amazing. 

Create a space to move. Whether this is in your bedroom, in the lounge room or outside, find a space you feel comfortable. Roll out your mat and start moving.

What equipment do I need? 

For this challenge, you will need:
– Fluidform equipment pack
– Ankle weights (optional) 
– Barre – you can use a chair, back of your lounge, kitchen bench, pram or park bench. Find something around hip height that will support you to lean on. Try adding books to a chair to keep stable.

Fluidform Nutrition

Fluidform Nutrition is our recipe database and meal plan offering to support your movement journey and fuel your body with nutrients. 

Our Rise & Restore Meal Plan will launch on Jan 24th, to support your Rise & Restore Movement Challenge. The Shopping List and Meal Plan will be released a few days prior, to allow you to prepare for the week ahead. 

Majority of our meals are gluten free, dairy free with vegetarian and vegan options. All our recipes are sugar free (added sugar). 

We cater for most dietary requirements, however if you need something altered, or have a question about one of the recipes, please contact our team for further guidance. Most ingredients can be purchased from your local grocery store or health food store. If you require assistance on where you can purchase certain ingredients, please contact our team.
