WHAT IS REFORMER 7.0?

Launching March 28th.

Our brand new Reformer Pilates Challenge designed to make you feel tighter and taller. Reformer 7.0 introduces 4 NEW Mini Total Body Reformer workouts, ranging from 13 – 16 minutes in duration, deliberately short to help you squeeze daily movement into your busy schedule.

These workouts may be short, but don’t let that fool you! You will find muscles you never knew existed with these slow, controlled, and precise movements. Designed to sculpt all those hard to target areas, with particular focus on fundamental movement, and muscle length and tone.

Take our signature Fluidform movements onto the Reformer in this challenge – taking your at-home workouts to a whole new level!

Reformer 7.0 adds to the Fluidform on-demand Reformer offering, now with 24 Reformer specific workouts and 7 challenges.

HOW DO I JOIN?

Reformer 7.0 is available to all Fluidform members from March 28th. You will find it under ‘Challenges’. Save it to your ‘Favourites’ for quick access.

WHAT DOES THIS CHALLENGE INVOLVE?

Reformer 7.0 introduces 4 WORKOUTS over 21 days. These Reformer workouts target your legs, glutes, abs and upper body for a balanced and effective total body burn.

  • 21-day workout calendar to keep you motivated and accountable
  • Ongoing support and guidance from our team of qualified senior instructors

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

For this challenge, you will need:

  • Reformer machine
  • Fluidform FREE equipment pack (contains a small Pilates ball, set of resistance bands and pair of discs)
  • Ankle weights or hand weights (optional)
  • Swiss ball

Your Fluidform FREE equipment pack is shipped to all members upon signing up. We believe these pieces of equipment are fundamental to getting the most out of your Fluidform experience and feeling the ultimate burn. 

Additional equipment is available to shop on our website. Take your Fluidform experience to the next level and complete your at home studio.
