Workouts

RECHARGE introduces 4 new workouts for a complete total body transformation. Each workout uses small equipment, with a specific focus on your black band. The black band is the heaviest level of resistance, challenging your muscles in a whole new way. Your 21 day schedule includes:

  1. Mini Legs 11 – black band, small ball
  2. Mini Total Body 1 – black band, small ball
  3. Mini Stretch 10 – black band
  4. Mini Swiss Ball 9 – swiss ball, ankle weights, red band
  5. Relaxation 2

How do I prepare for this challenge?

  1. Sign up to Fluidform and gain access to the challenge on October 3rd via your Dashboard.
  2. In the meantime, complete your questionnaire and follow your 21-day Personalised Program (recommended workouts based on your needs and goals) to build strength and prepare your body for the challenge. 
  3. Start by creating a routine. Set aside time each day to move your body. This is your own time to reset, connect your body and mind and feel amazing. 
  4. Create a space to move. Whether this is in your bedroom, in the lounge room or outside, find a space you feel comfortable. Roll out your mat and start moving.

Fluidform Nutrition

Fluidform Nutrition is our recipe database and meal plan offering to support your movement journey and fuel your body with nutrients. Our reCHARGE meal plan will launch on October 3rd, to support your movement challenge. The recipes will be released a few days prior, to allow you to prepare for the week ahead. 

reCHARGE is not your usual meal plan. We are introducing you to new ways to create smoothies, nourish bowls and snacks to keep your body fueled as you complete this movement challenge. You will feel lighter, more energised and sustained. Each recipe will incorporate specific ingredients to boost your energy, ease your recovery, improve your sleep, build strength and support your body.

We cater for most dietary requirements, however if you need something altered, or have a question about one of the recipes, please contact our team for further guidance. Most ingredients can be purchased from your local grocery store or health food store. If you require assistance on where you can purchase certain ingredients, please contact our team.
