Fluidform Your Body is a 6-week movement & nutrition challenge designed to transform your life in 20 minutes a day. Fluidform Your Body 2.0 took over 2,000 members on a journey of daily movement, balanced nutrition and community. The physical changes were transformational and the mental growth was invaluable.

What’s involved?

  • 6-week calendar of daily workouts including signature Fluidform workouts, boxing, cardio and speed with Zach, stretching and relaxation
  • 6-week meal plan to cleanse, nourish and support your movement routine
  • Ongoing support and technical knowledge from Kirsten King and a team of senior instructors

WINNER ONE: Molly Coulson

“Fluidform has changed my life. Physically, the photos speak for themselves. My body responds so well to Pilates (had never done before). However, the mindset transformation is even more significant. This challenge has changed my life. I’ve been holding trauma in my body. When my husband died of cancer 11 months ago, I stopped engaging with the world. This challenge has returned me home to my body. It’s reminded me that I am strong. My body was strong enough to carry my twin babies and keep moving. It is strong enough to hold my grief and keep moving. I’ve lost nearly 6kgs and my alignment and posture have been transformed. I am so grateful to have fluidform’d my mind, body and person.

I was so deeply unhappy within myself & my fitness at the beginning of this challenge. I wanted to take a moment each day for myself, as an act of self care, to workout. I had been prioritising everyone else, my child, my partner & my work, ahead of myself. I am proud to say that Fluidform is now part of my daily routine.
