What does the challenge involve?

CLEAN & GREEN is a 21-day movement challenge of daily workouts targeting your entire body. The challenge consists of 9 workouts designed to help you build strength, improve your posture, body composition and create tone. Receive a 21-day calendar with daily workouts, keeping you motivated and holding you accountable to move. Workouts suitable for all levels (beginner & advanced options). 

CLEAN & GREEN includes a 21-day meal plan of daily recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. A Shopping List and Meal Plan are included for you to follow each day. Receive weekly information around nutrition tips and healthy eating. Support your movement journey and cleanse your body with green, protein-rich meals to glow from the inside out.

How do I prepare for this challenge?

Sign up to Fluidform and you will gain access to the challenge on January 16th. 

In the meantime, complete the questionnaire on your Dashboard and follow your 21-day Personalised Program (recommended workouts based on your needs and goals) to build strength and prepare your body for the challenge. 

Start by creating a routine. Set aside time each day to move your body. This is your own time to reset, connect your body and mind and feel amazing. 

Create a space to move. Whether this is in your bedroom, in the lounge room or outside, find a space you feel comfortable. Roll out your mat and start moving.

When it comes to your health, movement and nutrition go hand-in-hand. Fluidform Nutrition is your complete recipe, meal plan and shopping list platform, designed to take the hassle out of eating well and make health your priority.

You will find over 100 balanced recipes in our recipe database, customisable to breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for vegetarian, gluten free, vegan and nut free. Support your movement journey and create change in your body with one of our seasonal meal plans.

Our CLEAN & GREEN meal plan will launch on January 12th, to support your CLEAN & GREEN movement challenge. The meal plan will include a weekly shopping list and printable meal plan to help you prepare for the week ahead.

We cater for most dietary requirements, however if you need something altered, or have a question about one of the recipes, please contact our team for further guidance. Most ingredients can be purchased from your local grocery store or health food store. If you require assistance on where you can purchase certain ingredients, please contact our team.
