WHAT IS BOXING 2.0?

Boxing offers a mental challenge, pushing you beyond your limits and outside your comfort zone. Experience the dynamic movements that boxing brings, plan your moves, set your intentions, and get your blood pumping.

Fluidform focuses on the alignment in your body, strength and stability across your shoulders and deep down through your core. This strength will support your body as you work through the explosive, repetitive movements that boxing requires.

This challenge will not only test your physical fitness, but your mental resilience too.

Boxing 2.0 is available to all Fluidform members. Sign up to Fluidform today to receive your FREE equipment pack shipped WORLDWIDE.

WHAT DOES THIS CHALLENGE INVOLVE?

Boxing 2.0 introduces 10 WORKOUTS over 21 days. These boxing workouts include lower body, upper body and total body focus combined with Fluidform abs, legs, glutes and a stretch sequence to rebalance and align your body.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

For this challenge, you will need:

  • Fluidform FREE equipment pack (contains a small Pilates ball, set of resistance bands and pair of discs)
  • Ankle weights or hand weights (optional)
