The second Fluidform Prenatal Challenge! A follow-on challenge to Keeping it STRONG, designed to tone and tighten your lower body with a focus on legs and butt.

Here is a little rundown of how the weeks will flow to prepare you for the burn that is ahead!
Week 1 - All about abs. This week will help increase connection and flatten those abs.
Week 2 - This week will focus on toning legs and glutes.
Week 3 - Now it's time to tighten up arms and keep working on the glutes.
Week 4 - Bring it all together and target the entire body!
Equipment: Ankle Weights, Bands, Magic Circle, Small Ball, Spiky Ball
Target areas: Inner thighs, glutes and arms.
Results: Reshaping and tone of the entire leg and increased cardio strength. You will also feel stronger through your shoulders with visible definition through your arms.
Tips: This is a challenging program that requires deep engagement of your core. Most days have 2 workouts so if time or ability does not permit, split the workouts up and do them morning and night or simply choose the area of focus that suits you the most. Work toward achieving all reps and movements by the end of the challenge.
