The ultimate 6-week transformational challenge. This challenge comprises of three mini challenges to guide you through a complete physical and mental transformation.
1. Beyond Limits - Fluidform x Boxing challenge incorporating cardio with strength for a total body burn.
2. Mini Legs, Butt & Hips - Find length, tone and shape through your lower body.
3. Mini Abs - Find that deep abdominal connection in your lower and upper abs and obliques for a complete transformation of your core.
