6-Week Movement & Nutrition Challenge
Welcome to Fluidform at Home! Whether you are new to Fluidform, or have been with us since the beginning, our workout platform is forever evolving with new movement forms and workouts to continuously challenge you, and keep you motivated.
The Fluidform Your Body 5.0 challenge incorporates Mat Pilates, Strength, Cardio, Reformer & Stretch workouts for a total-body transformation. This challenge introduces three Fluidform trainers, alongside Fluidform founder Kirsten King, for a balanced and dynamic movement program.


Meet Kee, Fluidform Founder
Based on 25 years of experience teaching thousands of bodies, Kee’s signature movement method, expert-programming and dynamic workouts will challenge your body in ways you have never felt before.
The Fluidform Your Body 5.0 challenge will introduce new workouts, programmed by Kee to strengthen all your smaller, stabilising muscles to achieve muscle definition and tone.
You will strengthen, stabilise and bulletproof your body to live longer, free of aches and pains.


Meet Charlie, Strength
Based on Charlie’s experience in functional strength and conditioning, Charlie will introduce you to effective strength training at home, and guide you through the fundamentals of training with heavy weights.
The Fluidform Your Body 5.0 challenge will introduce new Strength workouts, to strengthen and condition your muscles, building muscle mass, endurance and improving your coordination. This program is based on Kee’s own Strength training with Charlie, starting with the fundamental movements and gradually increasing the load to build strength.


Meet Georgia, Pilates & Reformer
Georgia is a Fluidform instructor, working alongside Kee across Fluidform Studios. Georgia is loved by clients for her challenging, total-body sculpting workouts.
The Fluidform Your Body 5.0 challenge will introduce Georgia to the platform, including a combination of Mat and Reformer Pilates. Georgia will focus on layering the Fluidform fundamental movements for a dynamic and challenging workout, suitable for all bodies.


Meet Jenny, Pilates & Cardio
Jenny is a Fluidform instructor and Fluidform Studio owner, working alongside Kee since this beginning of her Pilates career. As a mother of 3, with over 6 years experience teaching and practising the Fluidform method, Jenny focuses on rebuilding and rebalancing the body to move with strength.
The Fluidform Your Body 5.0 challenge will include Pilates and Cardio workouts, programmed by Jenny to bring speed and pace to your workout routine. You will increase your heart rate, burn energy and correct imbalances in your body.
