A guide to personalising your workout routine based on your lifestyle and goals.
Do you wake up feeling tired and unmotivated to exercise? Has movement dropped down your list of priorities? Or are you feeling disheartened by a lack of results despite your efforts?
When it comes to building a workout routine, there are a few key factors to consider to ensure you’re progressing towards your goals and achieving the results you’re looking for.
Random workouts, inconsistency, imbalanced programs and poor nutrition can all stand in the way of progress (even if you consider yourself an active or healthy person).
The Fluidform at Home app has been designed to minimise these barriers. Not only does it make regular exercise more accessible (available anytime, anywhere) but it also guides you through structured programs, expert-led workouts and nutritional support tailored to your individual needs and goals.
The world of movement and wellness can feel overwhelming, expensive and, at times, discouraging. What works for your best friend, partner or sister may not work for you. And when you’re not seeing results, it’s easy to lose motivation.
Fluidform at Home is your platform to build a personalised, consistent and effective workout routine, one you’ll not only stick to, but genuinely enjoy. It’s designed to help you create healthy habits, look forward to movement each day and achieve the results you’ve been working towards.
Whether you’re new to Fluidform, a long-time client, or looking to get back into a regular routine, here’s how to make Fluidform at Home your own personalised movement and wellness app.
The Fluidform Method
The Fluidform Method was created by Kirsten King to help achieve balance throughout the body. When the body is balanced, it moves more efficiently, allowing us to build strength, improve performance and reduce our risk of pain and injury.
Fluidform workouts follow the MASS Formula: Mobility, Activation, Strength and Stability.
A mobile body is one of your greatest assets. Ageing bodies, office workers, athletes, people recovering from injury, pregnant women, new mums, runners and teenagers all experience unique movement patterns and imbalances that can affect posture, joint health, strength and overall function.
Poor posture, stiff joints and weak muscles can limit mobility, our ability to move efficiently and without pain. By addressing these imbalances in a way that’s tailored to our individual lifestyle and needs, we can improve movement quality, activate muscles more effectively, build strength and enhance stability.
As we age, maintaining joint mobility, muscle mass, bone density and balance becomes increasingly important. These foundations help us move with confidence and reduce the risk of injury throughout every stage of life.
