When you’re on-the-go, any routine is out the window so there are a few things I will always do to feel grounded and fresh. When I’m showing up for events, teaching, or training, I want to feel my best.

Beauty Essentials
Every trip looks different, whether I am filming workouts, training my team of instructors or hosting events. My non-negotiations for a fresh and glowing look are the Merit blush, Summer Fridays lip gloss, and Klorane dry shampoo.


On-The-Go Movement
Daily movement is a non-negotiable, but I often struggle to get into the Studios or have any more than half an hour between meetings and events. I will always find time for a 20-minute total body Theraband workout on Fluidform at Home. Tip: I walk everywhere between meetings, meals and shopping.
