Lacking Motivation? How To Navigate The App To Stay On Track

Motivation comes and goes in waves. And it’s our mission to keep you motivated and moving, at least 80% of the time. Motivation looks different for everyone. If you’re working with pain and injuries, motivation is moving efficiently, free of pain. If you’re feeling sluggish and low in energy, motivation is feeling energised. If you’re stuck in a rut or not seeing results, motivation is creating a results-driven routine you look forward to.

With clear structure and ongoing support, Fluidform helps you stay consistent and committed to your routine. Here’s how to use the app intentionally and reignite your motivation to move.

1. Results-Based Fluidform Challenges

Fluidform Challenges are specifically programmed to give you focus, structure and a clear end goal. Each challenge is results-driven, based on common concerns and goals we see in our studios. Whether your goal is strength, toning, mobility or overall wellbeing, challenges provide a roadmap to follow.

2. Your Roadmap To Results

Select from over 200+ challenges and set it to your Movement Dashboard. Set your Weekly Workout Goal and we will guide you through each day of the challenge. When your goal is clear, motivation comes naturally.

3. Fluidform Moves With You. Through All Ages and Stages.

Fluidform is designed for all bodies. Select from our range of targeted challenges to pre and postnatal challenges, Reformer challenges, Peri/Menopause or Teen Moves. Every challenge includes options and modifications to suit different bodies, experience levels and goals.

4. Targeted, 20-Minute Workouts

The Fluidform approach is based on targeted, mini workouts which focus on specific areas of the body. We do this to fatigue certain muscle groups in order to build strength and see results. Our challenges are balanced, targeting all areas of the body. This is why consistency is so important.

5. Select A Meal Plan to Optimise Results

Pair your challenge with a meal plan to maximise results. Nutrition and movement work best together — supporting energy, recovery and long-term success.
