Whether you’ve been here for years, are making a return to movement, or new to Fluidform, the Fluidform at Home app is ever-evolving to help you continue to achieve results and being the best version of you. Your body is constantly evolving, and your movement, nutrition and wellness routine should evolve with it. The Fluidform app is designed to support you at every stage, offering personalised guidance, variety and structure so you can achieve real, lasting results.

Here’s how to use the app intentionally and get the most out of your experience.

1. Play Your First Workout Within 5 Minutes Of Joining

Start With a Personalised Program

When you first open the app, you’ll be guided to create a personalised program based on your experience level, goals and preferences. This removes the guesswork and ensures your workouts are tailored to your body — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Your program is carefully structured to balance strength, mobility and recovery, helping you build results safely and effectively.

2. Circumstances Change? Reset Your Program

If you’re in a movement rut, have taken a break or your goals or circumstances have changed, you can reset your personalised program at any time, via the 3-dot menu under the Personalised Program tab on the app. You will be prompted to complete the questionnaire and receive a new Personalised Program, based on your current needs and goals. We recommend following this 21-day program if you need to kickstart your body into gear after a break from movement. 

3. Everyday Looks Different. Workout On Your Terms

We recommend aiming for 5 days a week. This consistency allows your body to build strength, improve your posture, balance and flexibility, gradually each day. You wouldn’t drink 8L of water in one day and nothing for the rest of the week. Movement is the same, a little bit everyday goes a long way. 

4. The Theory Behind Our Results-Driven Method

You’ll notice certain movements and workout styles repeat throughout your program. This is intentional. Repetition of movements is fundamental to the Fluidform movement method, training your muscles to learn the movements, deepen the muscle connection and build strength. The first few times you do a workout, your joints and muscles are in learning phase, becoming familiar with the movements and ranges of motion. Once we are comfortable with the movements, we can deepen the muscle connection and further fatigue the muscles, building strength and tone. 

Repetition allows your body to:

  • Build strength efficiently
  • Improve movement patterns and range of movements
  • Increase control of movements and confidence
  • Achieve measurable results over time
