WELCOME TO FLUIDFORM
Experience Fluidform first. Then help us bring your team along.
Ahead of introducing Fluidform at Home to your wider team, we’re inviting a select group of people from our partner businesses to experience the program first.
You’ll receive complimentary unlimited access to Fluidform at Home, giving you time to explore the workouts, find the movement you enjoy and understand how Fluidform can fit into your everyday routine.
When we launch Fluidform Circles with your business, you’ll already know your way around and can help inspire your colleagues to get moving too.
Fluidform at Home brings Kirsten King’s unique movement method to you, built on more than 25 years of experience helping people understand their bodies, build strength and move with greater confidence.
Your membership gives you access to much more than Pilates.
MOVE
Pilates, Strength, Reformer, Cardio and Mobility for different bodies, goals, schedules and energy levels. Start with 20 minutes a day and discover what consistent, intelligent movement can do for your body.
NOURISH
Recipes, nutrition and seasonal meal plans designed to fuel your movement and support your everyday wellbeing.
PROGRESS
Track your activity, build consistency and celebrate your progress along the way.
Once you’ve had the opportunity to experience Fluidform at Home, we’ll introduce Fluidform Circles to your wider team — a new way to bring movement, connection and accountability into the workplace.
Your complimentary membership is ready.
