We find the best results come from consistency, we recommend 20 minutes a day (or one workout), five days a week. After just 21 days, you will start to feel a complete transformation in your balance, posture and strength, combined with an overall sense of confidence and motivation.

After you sign up, please download the Fluidform at Home app on the App Store or Google Play for the best user experience. Login and complete the short Questionnaire to receive your Personalised Program. This is tailored to your individual needs and goals, and the best place to get started.

You will find our Onboarding Challenge under your “Selected Challenge” tab on your Movement Dashboard. This contains a program of no-equipment workouts, to get moving from day one.
