Fluidform Your Body 2.0 – Challenge Schedule

Fluidform Your Body 2.0 will introduce 20 new workouts combining my signature Fluidform programming with boxing and cardio to test your form, speed and function.

Each mini challenge is 14 days in duration, including a digital and printable calendar of daily workouts. You must complete a minimum of 20 minutes a day, five days a week. This is when we start to create change in our bodies and minds.

Part one. FORM

A 14-day challenge of new Fluidform workouts to start the transformation process. You will experience new sequences and challenging exercises to balance your body and challenge your form.

You will work every muscle in your body.

You will experience all the Fluidform fundamental movements, adding small equipment and high repetitions to fatigue the body and challenge your focus.

Find balance, feel energised and motivated to become the best version of you.

Part two. SPEED

A unique interplay of Fluidform, boxing and speed to transform your mind and Fluidform your body.

Introducing Zach, an athlete, trainer and expert in his field.

This 14-day challenge with Zach and Kee will push you beyond your limits and outside your comfort zone.

Practice dynamic motions, explosive movements and powerful sequences for a complete physical and mental challenge.

Zach will get your blood pumping, boost your energy levels and enhance your physical performance.

We work together, to bring you balance. We mix slow, considered movements with speed and power to test your strength, and challenge your mind and body. We are a partnership built on passion for movement and finding the mind-body connection to feeling good, strong and healthy.

Part three. FUNCTION

A 14-day challenge to test your strength and stability and release your body with confidence.

Combining everything you love about FORM and SPEED and bringing you a dynamic, high-energy and fast-paced challenge. This challenge combines barre with skipping to drive your heart rate.

Not only will this challenge test you physically, it will require the mental focus and stamina to achieve your deepest goals. This challenge will drive home the Fluidform Your Body 2.0 Challenge to make all the difference to your mind and body.
