Fluidform Your Body 5.0: T&Cs

ENTRANTS MUST:

(a) Register via the Fluidform Your Body 5.0 landing page to participate in the challenge before 11:59 pm AEST on September 21st, 2025.

(b) Registration will include three images (and optional video) and supporting message to accurately represent how they look and feel before embarking on the 6-week challenge. The Registration must include:

  • Three images (and optional video)
  • What they are wanting to achieve from this challenge
  • How they are committed to achieve this

(c) Commit to a MINIMUM of five days of Fluidform at Home workouts, per week. Fluidform recommends keeping a diary to track completed workouts and how they are feeling as they progress through the challenge. All entrants must have an active Fluidform at Home subscription. All entrants will be monitored on the completion of each workout to ensure they are meeting the minimum requirements.

(d) Submit a Halfway Progress Report including three images (and optional video) and supporting message by 11:59 pm AEST on October 19th, 2025 to accurately represent how they look and feel after completing 21 days of the challenge. The Halfway Progress Report must include:

  • Three progress images (and optional video)
  • Changes they have noticed on a physical and mental level
  • Any challenges they have faced or accomplishments they have made

(e) Submit a Final Testimonial including three images (and optional video) and supporting message by 11:59 pm AEST on November 9th, 2025 to accurately represent how they look and feel after completing the Fluidform Your Body 5.0 6-week Challenge. The Final Testimonial must include:

  • Three final images (and optional video)
  • Include how they have transformed their mind and Fluidform’d their body

ENTRANTS

The Fluidform Your Body 5.0 Challenge is available to all Fluidform at Home members who enter via the Fluidform Your Body registration form by 11:59 pm on September 21st, 2025.

All entrants are required to:

Complete a minimum of five days of Fluidform at Home workouts, per week, over a six week period (total of 30 days of Fluidform at Home workouts during the six week competition period).

NOTE i. Entrants must complete a minimum of five days of Fluidform at Home workouts, per week. All workouts may not be completed on a single day.

NOTE ii. Entrants may design their own workout routine, as long as entrants are completing a minimum of five days of Fluidform at Home workouts per week. Entrants are not required to follow the specific Fluidform Your Body 5.0 Challenge workouts.

Three submissions are required over the course of the challenge to support their transformation journey. Each submission is due before the following dates:

  1. Registration due before 11:59 pm September 21st, 2025
  2. Halfway Progress Report due before 11:59 pm October 19th, 2025
  3. Final Testimonial due before 11:59 pm November 9th, 2025

Entrants will be judged based on their physical commitment to five days of workouts, per week, and mental commitment to transform their life through movement and consistency.

JUDGING CRITERIA

Fortnightly winners will be chosen by the judges. Winners will be announced via @fluidformpilates Instagram. Each winner will be contacted individually via email.

Winners will be chosen based on their commitment to the challenge, completion of a minimum of five days of Fluidform at Home workouts.

PRIZE

Each winner will receive a share of the cash prize of $20,000 AUD. The exact amount will be allocated based on the greatest physical and mental transformation.

There are 18 prizes in total to be won.

Payment will be made at the completion of the challenge, once all entrants have been judged and winners have been announced and contacted.

Payment will be processed by Fluidform at Home, to each winner via bank transfer to their nominated payment method.
