Fluidform Your Body 5.0 is available to all Fluidform at Home members. This challenge is ONLINE, available WORLDWIDE. To become a member, sign up now to our Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly subscription offerings. FREE Equipment Pack, shipped worldwide is available on 12-month subscriptions purchased via the website.
All Fluidform at Home members must register to the Fluidform Your Body 5.0 Challenge before 11:59 pm September 21st, 2025.

Do I have to be a Fluidform at Home member to participate in the Fluidform Your Body 5.0 Challenge?
Yes, the challenge is only open to Fluidform at Home members with an active paid subscription. If you are not a member:
What do I need to include in my Registration?
Your Registration must include three images (and optional video) and supporting message that accurately represents how you look and feel before embarking on the 6-week challenge.
For example: Introduce yourself, share your experience with Fluidform (how long you have been a member, how often you do Fluidform at Home) and your current physical and emotional wellbeing. Include what you are wanting to achieve from this challenge, and how you are committed to achieve this.
When do I need to submit?
- Registration DUE before 11:59 pm AEST on September 21st, 2025
- Halfway Progress Report DUE before 11:59 pm AEST on October 19th, 2025
- Final Testimonial DUE before 11:59 pm AEST on November 9th, 2025
Can I do all five of my workouts in one day?
No. The challenge requires you to commit to a minimum of FIVE DAYS of Fluidform workouts, per week. This is the minimum; we encourage you to challenge yourself and layer workouts together as long as you are completing at least one Fluidform workout on 5 of the 7 days each week. If you do not meet this requirement, you will be disqualified.
Does it cost money?
No. Other than your Fluidform at Home subscription, there are no additional costs associated with the Fluidform Your Body 5.0 Challenge.
Fluidform Your Body 5.0 Challenge includes workouts that use additional equipment, which is recommended to maximise results.
Can I choose my own workouts?
Yes. You have the option to follow the 6-week Fluidform Your Body 5.0 Challenge, or create your own workout calendar, or follow a different Fluidform at Home Challenge.

How do I win?
Fortnightly winners will be chosen based on the commitment to the challenge and completion of a minimum of five days of Fluidform at Home per week.
Who is this challenge suitable for?
Everyone. We have designed this challenge to be suitable for all Fluidform at Home members. We will be releasing a 6-week workout program to follow along. You can also follow your own workout program, for example start with your 21-day Personalised Program before moving onto the Recommended Challenges on your Dashboard.
Will there be a meal plan?
Yes! We understand the interplay of movement and nutrition to maximise your health and wellbeing. It is important to integrate a balanced diet of wholefoods, vegetables, vitamins and protein to fuel, energise and nourish your body and mind. Most importantly, we recommend you listen to your body and feed it with the nutrients you need to feel strong, happy and healthy.
We will be releasing a 6-week meal plan, to support your movement journey.

Each recipe will offer substitutes for different dietary needs and serving options for different family units, making them completely customisable to all.
