Commit to 4 weeks of classes, complimented by a Fluidform at Home Cardio & Recovery Program and Meal Plan. Follow a weekly program of classes designed to improve your Energy, Strength, Sleep and Confidence in 4 weeks.

Registration Fee: $35 

This Challenge is suitable to new and existing clients and includes all small group Reformer & Mat classes, Studio Equipment and Private Pilates. Classes can be booked on Memberships, Class Packs, Single Classes and Intro Offers.

Optimise your results with a balanced nutrition plan. Complimentary to all Challenge participates, you will receive a 4-week online Meal Plan of daily recipes and weekly shopping lists, focusing on Meal Preparation.

Follow a weekly program of workouts designed to improve your Energy, Strength, Sleep & Confidence.

Week One: Energy – integrating more cardio, adding pace to classes

Week Two: Strength – increasing weights, focus on building strength

Week Three: Sleep – integrating mindfulness, bonus evening stretch sessions

Week Four: Confidence – total body, postural correction, bringing everything together to move with confidence

Found myself craving a session...

I'm so grateful the Fluidform team encouraged me to join the challenge! Going to Pilates each morning helped me find space and peace in my day. Previously I made excuses as to why morning sessions wouldn't work for me or why I couldn't go to Pilates that day. The challenge helped me to create new habits and reframe my thoughts. I found as the challenge went on my confidence and strength increased and I wanted to attend more than 4 classes.
