Transformations
I’m a mum of 4 kids (six and under) and currently 6 months postpartum. Working out has become “my time” however, prioritising me some days, becomes the last thing on the list. This challenge has forced me to get at least 20mins in and most of my workouts have been completed late at night when the kids have finally fallen asleep. Knowing I JUST need to complete 20mins, encourages me to just get it done and oh man, I feel amazing after! My energy levels are at an all time high after every workout!
The Fluidform Your Body 6-week challenge has been life-changing, strengthening my mind and body. Committing to five workouts a week has built consistency, discipline, and a new confidence in my abilities. Physically, I feel stronger and more toned, with improved posture and flexibility that I notice every day. The structured meal plan has been a healthy reset for me and my family, enhancing our energy levels and overall well-being. Mentally, I feel more balanced and positive.
I’ve achieved increased overall strength, flexibility and better posture. I feel more energised, confident and mindful of my body’s alignment. I have learned the value of dedication, tuning into my body’s needs and taking time for me. I’ll continue prioritising consistent pilates practice to maintain my progress and further improve my physical and mental wellbeing. This journey has shown me how small, consistent actions can lead to significant changes.
Wow! I can’t believe we have arrived at the end, I have enjoyed this so so much! I struggled with my mental health prior to beginning this and what a change and blessing this has been for me! Not only do I feel much fitter but also have gained strength to be physical daily with my 3 boys. This was an absolute game changer with my sciatica and disc bulge I was told there was no other option other then surgery, Since I’ve started fluid form the pain has decreased and nearly back to feeling normal
After becoming a first time mum, I felt like I had lost that little bit of myself but since completing 6 weeks of FFYB 4.0 I can say I am more confident within myself. I feel less stressed and anxious after spending time throughout my day to complete a work out, which I now will never leave out of my daily routine.
I feel stronger, taller and leaner. After being pregnant I really struggled with my body image as it has completely changed, but I now LOVE my new body, after putting in the work for the past 6 weeks, I can’t wait to continue with FFAH and see where it takes me. I am now addicted to this program and this type of exercise and the way that it makes me feel, it has encouraged me to move my body more and get outside getting my steps up each day.
I have now been telling anyone who will listen about my new found love for Pilates, how challenging and rewarding it is and how much stronger I feel now because of it.
I’ve loved putting in the time and work for myself to become the best version of myself for my family and myself, which I can confidently say that I’m there now because of these past 6 weeks.
I also feel like I have a more healthier relationship with the food I am eating as I’m using the app for all my recipes, they have made me feel so fresh and healthy from within which I feel is really showing externally. As I’m breastfeeding I’m feeling so nourished by the recipes that I am eating.
I am so grateful to this program and the confidence and strength it has given me, I have shown myself I am able to achieve my goals by just spending some time putting in the work. I am happier, more energetic and really just back to my old self, but better. I can’t wait to continue on with my daily routine that I have been loving these past 6 weeks, my new favourite way to move my body, so thank you for creating this amazing platform that has helped me immensely.

I embarked on this challenge 12 weeks postpartum, exhausted and disconnected from my body. Taking time out daily to prioritise my physical health has made me feel like “me” again. But even more apparent than the physical change is my mindset transformation. I am focused, more energised, happier, and so aware of the connection between my mind and body.
