When using our Fluidform At Home mobile application (developed by Fluidform Pilates Pty Ltd.) you are required to have an account with us.
We take your privacy very seriously and you can review full details of the data that may be collected within our Privacy Policy.
If you would like to remove your account at any time, and therefore have your data deleted then you may do so with the following steps.
Steps to request account deletion
Within the App v1.0.7:
- Log into your account on our Fluidform At Home app.
- Use the app menu to select Legal > Account Data
- Select the Request Account Deletion link.
Within the App v1.1.0:
- Log into your account on our Fluidform At Home app.
- Use the app menu to select Account > Account Data
- Select the Request Account Deletion link.
Via email:
- Please send an email to our support team at ffah@fluidform.com.au.
- Please ensure you state the email address that you use to login to your account and that you are request account deletion.
This process will alert our support team to your request and they will be in touch to confirm your request before removing your account.
