Golden Immunity Smoothie

Enjoy this tropical inspired golden smoothie with anti-inflammatory turmeric and tasty mango. We always encourage you to eat the rainbow and while we love green vegetables and fruits, the yellow options like mango and banana offer just as much goodness!  

Ingredients

½ banana, fresh or frozen  

½ cup chopped mango, fresh or frozen

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

¼ tsp turmeric, ground

½ tsp cinnamon, ground 

1 tbsp macadamia butter 

200ml coconut milk, or milk of choice

 

Optional toppings 

2 tbsp macadamias, chopped 

¼ cup shredded coconut 

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. Top with macadamias and coconut flakes if desired. 


Options: You can also use almond or cashew butter.

½ zucchini, raw

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 cup spinach

6 fresh mint leaves

1 tbsp chia seeds

200ml almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)

1 tsp collagen (PEARL Marine Collagen Coconut)

Juice from half a lime
